Exchange Policy
換貨政策


Exchange request must fulfill ALL of the following conditions:
退換貨品必須符合以下全部條件:

Customers must submit an exchange request to us within 7 days from the date of product received.
顧客請於收貨後7天內通知本站,提出換貨要求
Exchange product must be purchased from our company.
要求更換之貨品必須購自本公司
Customers must bear all risks in the process of replacing the goods or shipping fee for all transport and transit of goods damaged.
顧客必須承擔所有在更換貨品過程中的一切運輸或托運費用,以及運輸途中貨品損壞的風險 。
All shipping fees are non-refundable
所有運輸或托運費用不設退款
Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment
所有退款將與付款方法相同
Any goods exchange or return can only once per item. Our company reserves the final decision of acceptance for any good exchange or return.
每件貨品只限退換一次,本公司驗收貨品時將保留接受換貨或退貨與否的最終權利。
For any defective products, we will exchange for the same item (same type and same colour).
若有原廠質量問題,我們會退換同款及同色的商品。
In case of dispute, Our company reserve the right of final decision.
如有任何爭議,本公司將保留最終決定權。

Exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following:
在下列任何一項情況下恕不接納換貨要求:

Exchange request is submitted over 7 days after the date product received
在收到貨品後逾7個工作天以上才提出要求
Product is not suitable for personal reasons (e.g. color, size, style…and so on)
貨品因不適合個人理由作為退換原因 (例如﹕顏色、尺寸、款色等…)
Product is scratched, smudge or stained, or any improper use.
貨品被破壞、弄髒、沾上污垢或任何不當使用。
Product is damaged due to wearing.
貨品由損耗產生的破壞。
Promotional items cannot be replaced, returned or refunded.
推廣貨品,恕不退換或退款。

 

Local delivery
本地收件

 

All instructions on delivery the customer provided to us should be complete and accurate. If the addressee’s address, contact number or other information is found to be incomplete or incorrect, the courier shall use reasonable efforts to contact the customer for clarification and to return, forward or redeliver the Delivery Item at the customer cost. However, we assumes no responsibility for our inability to complete delivery under such circumstances.
客人提供给我們的全部交貨指示應為完整、準確。如發現收件人地址、聯絡電話不完整或不準確,托運公司應運用合理的努力與客人聯絡要求澄清,並將運送物品退回、轉送或再送貨,費用由客人負責。然而,我們對在該等情況下不能完成交貨不承擔任何責任。
The delivery of the courier on the Preferred Delivery Date and during the Preferred Time Zone are not guaranteed and do not form part of her obligation under her service. The courier shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by delay.
托運公司不能保證可在希望收件日期及希望收件時段內送貨;因此,此項不能構成托運公司的法律責任,而托運公司亦不會對任何由延誤引致的損害或損失負責。
Delivery is deemed to have been completed where the Delivery Item is delivered to the addressee of address (i.e. the management office of building) and/or alternative addressee as specified by the receipant but not necessarily to the named addressee personally.
凡運送物品送達至由客人指明的收件人地址(即大廈的管理處)及/或由客人指明的替代收件人,但毋須親身交予指名的收件人,則可視為已完成交貨 。
In the event that the customer do not provide instructions regarding the appropriate action to be taken within a period of 90 days after the courier has notified the customer of a delivery failure, the Delivery Item may be disposed of by the courier at it sole discretion but at the customer costs (and such additional costs will be forthwith reimbursed by the customer upon the courier ’s request or the courier reserves its right to ask the advance payment of such costs from the customer). Without prejudice to the foregoing, in the event that the contents of the Delivery Item are found by the courier to be perishable or otherwise susceptible to changes in quality, the courier has the right to immediately dispose of the item without waiting for the expiry of the 90 - day period. However, the courier shall use its commercially reasonable endeavor to notify the customer upon such disposal.
如客人未能在托運公司通知客人無法交貨後的90天內就採取適當行動提供指示,托運公司可全權酌情決定處置運送物品(而產生的額外費用將由客人接收托運公司的要求時立即償付或托運公司保留要求客人預先支付該等費用的權利)。如托運公司發現運送物品的內含物易損壞或在其他情況下易變質,托運公司應無需等到90天期限屆滿時有權立即處置該物品。但一經處置後,托運公司會盡其在商業上認為合理的努力通知客人。

Overseas delivery
海外收件


Our company will not responsible for any of the below issues:-
本公司不會負責貨品入境時的以下項目﹕
Customers are responsible for customs duty and import tax
清關費或稅項
Customers are responsible for the legality of the items
貨品不符合入口條例
Customers are at their own risk if the items are hold or confiscated by the customs
被當地海關扣留或充公

If the package is lost, we will send the goods again for free
如有寄失,本公司會免費再把貨品寄出。
If the goods is believed to be lost, we are given 90 days to trace the package and to supply any proof of delivery. We will not make any refund before this period.
當客戶懷疑貨品已寄失,客戶同意給本公司 90 天作郵件追查及提供派遞證明。在這之前,本公司不會向客戶賠償。
We do not make any refund if the goods are held or confiscated by customs    
如貨品被當地海關扣留或充公,本公司不會向客戶賠償。
